  1. Hello Nathalie and Christina,

Negative emotions can cause our actions to be negative also. Positive attracts positive and so does negative.

I broke out of my negative self talk about changing my “core beliefs”….. when we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change….

People are great teachers for when the student is ready the teacher shows up. You are right you can’t see equality if you don’t have it….very true!

KUDOS to you Christina and so glad you said it OUT LOUD that when someone gives you a compliment just say “THANK YOU”……

I also would love to meet you both Nathalie and Christina….

    In gratitude,
    Nancy

  2. Such a great interview, Nathalie and Christina!

It’s interesting how people think they’re the only ones that experience daily fights with negative thoughts. It happens to everyone but some have learned coping strategies to calm that inner critic or in a way tame the Drunk Monkey that seems to invade the mind.

Great discussion about triggers that feed on this negative thought process & simple yet effective strategies to ‘break out of” this state of confusion and for some a state of paralysis. There’s hope and an awesome possibility for you to break out of this…

    Thanks for sharing your conversation!

  3. wasn’t able to access video, but i enjoyed her article you linked to on loving yourself. what a great reminder to love and acknowledge our own perfection and power. i was so hard on myself this past year: after enduring a difficult birth, healing from labor, raising my daughter, moving across the country, and just being in new-parent-exhaustion, i still began 2012 beating myself up for not getting further along in my business. thank you for having me slow down and realize what last year was all about, and how successful i was as a mom and wife. talk soon… love ya nathalie!!!
